Akron-Fairgrove 49 - Caseville 35 - Akron-Fairgrove has now won two games this year under first-year head coach Jason Lemon. The Lady Vikings went winless in 2008-2009. Sarah Crane scored 19 points, had 12 rebounds, three assists, and two steals. Alyssa Monchilov had a double-double as well with 12 points, 14 rebounds, and also six steals. Theresa Burkey added 10 points, four steals, and two rebounds.

Memphis 60 - Kingston 44 - The Lady Cardinals fell to 1-1 overall and in NCTL-South play. Chelsea Leach had 13 points, while Megan James added nine points.
Millington 52 - Lakeville 39 - Millington earned their first win of the season. Rachel Lawe led the way for the Lady Cardinals with 12 points, four rebounds, and two steals. Erica Babcock also contributed 10 points, three rebounds, a steal, and an assist.

Millington 64 - Lakeville 61 - Millington overcame a nine point half-time deficit by shooting 14-18 from the free-throw line in the second-half to give new coach Shane LeVan his first victory. Junior Kyle Currie scored 14 of his team-high 16 points in the second-half while also collecting six rebounds. Josh Williams scored 13 points and had five rebounds and three assists. Williams also went 5-6 from the charity stripe in the final quarter to help secure the victory. Michael Tisdale also added 11 points.
