Vassar 57 - Caro 39 - The Lady Vulcans won their sixth straight game and nine of 10 on Fat Tuesday. Kayla Verbeek led the way 15 points and 10 rebounds. Vassar is now 14-3 on the season. Madi Campbell paced Caro with 11 points. The loss drops the Lady Tigers to 5-12.

Nouvel CC 47 - USA 26 - Miranda Fuerst scored 10 points in the Patriots loss. USA is now 5-12 on the season.

Frankenmuth 63 - Chesaning 55 - The Lady Eagles improve to 13-4 with the victory.

Montrose 43 - Millington 38 - Chelsey Parker paced the Lady Card with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Chelsea Luedtke added seven points and 10 rebounds. The loss drops Millington to 4-13 overall.

Brown City 58 - Marlette 42 - Amara Wilson scored 14 points in the Red Raiders loss. Marlette falls to 9-8 on the season and 4-5 in the GTC-East.

Boys


Millington 63 - Montrose 57 - Kyle Currie scored eight of his team-high 13 points in the fourth quarter to help Millington secure the victory. Currie also added nine rebounds. Matt Berlin collected a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds (six offensive), while Cameron Wilson added 10 points and nine rebounds. The win improves Millington to 9-7 on the season as they get ready to host state-ranked Bridgeport on Friday night. That game will be the Mix 92.1 Game of the Week.

Kingston 72 - Dryden 41 - The Cardinals picked up their fifth straight victory Tuesday night, while also avenging an earlier season loss at the hands of Dryden. Josh Wenzlaff paced the Cardinals with 16 points. Joe Strauel added 14 points and eight assists, while Nolan Kolacz scored 10 points and grabbed seven rebounds.

Mt. Morris 55 - Frankenmuth 53 - The Eagles let a five point half-time lead slip away enroute to their fifth straight loss. Luke Bade scored 14 points, grabbed 14 rebounds, and dished out five assists. Tim Faris added 14 points, five rebounds, and three blocked shots.

Pinconning 55 - Reese 50 - The Rockets also let a half-time lead slip away as they have now lost four of the last five games. Josh Pickell led Reese with 25 points. The loss drops Reese's record to 7-7.

North Branch 65 - Bad Axe 51 - North Branch used an 18-5 run to finish the game to erase the two points half-time deficit. Kyle Cline scored 19 points to led North Branch. Doug Griffin added 13 points, while Ryan Kosko added 10. The Broncos have now won three straight games to improve their record to 11-5.

Owendale-Gagetown 71 - Port Hope 44 - The Bulldogs Nick Zaleski scored 22 points in the first half, and then added 13 more in the second half for a game-high 35 points. Ryan Francis added 18 points, while Hunter Champagne 10. The Bulldogs improve to 9-6 overall and 8-6 in the NCTL-North.
